aquarel 3 -daagse 'kleurrijk anders' in Ierland
Margo Van Vegchel's greatest love of all as a painter, is to paint in watercolours. She loves the way combining different techniques like, wet on wet, wet on dry, glazing and lifting dry watercolour paint gives her so much freedom to experiment and create powerful paintings.
Day 1: Starting with a colourful layer, the paint blends. After drying we start to play with the glazing layers and the lifting technique. It is a surprising new way of exploring watercolour.
Day 2: ‘I spy with my little eye’. We make a combination of a figuration and the new style of working (of day 1).
Day 3: ‘The small things that matter most’. You explore a new way of watercolour painting. Now it is time to focus on the small details of the colour balance and harmony in the shapes.
"Thank you for a wonderful three day. I have learnt so much. have been very inspired. Margo is such a great teacher. Thanks fore the wonderful hospitality." Sheila.
